RETURNS & REFUND POLICY


We want you to absolutely love your purchase! However, if your outfit doesn’t fit or you simply don’t love it, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free return and exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 working days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached.

  • Items with signs of wear, perfume, body odor, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent.

  • To return or exchange an item, please:

    1. Visit the nearest God Is Good Logistics (GIGL) office and ship the item to our return address.

    2. Keep your shipment number and delivery details handy.

3. Submitting Your Return

  • After shipping, fill out our Return Form with your shipment details:

  • Our customer care team is available to guide you through the process if needed.

4. Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Refunds: Processed within 24 hours after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Exchanges: We will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your item to confirm the next steps.
