Return requests at Mariam Collectionzz are handled with care to ensure you have a smooth and stress-free experience. We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if your outfit doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, our return and exchange process is designed to support you.

To be eligible for a Return, requests must be initiated within 10 working days from the date your order was delivered. All items must be in their original condition, meaning they should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, including perfume scents, stains, body odor, or alterations, will not be accepted under this Return policy.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless an incorrect item was sent. To proceed with a Return, kindly visit the nearest God Is Good Logistics (GIGL) office and ship your item to our return address. Ensure you keep your shipment number and delivery details, as these will be required during the process.

After shipping your item, you will need to complete the Return Form with your shipment details so our team can track and process your request efficiently. Our customer care team is also available to guide you if you need assistance at any stage of your Return.

Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 24 hours if approved. For exchanges, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the next steps and ensure a smooth replacement process.
