All MARIAM COLLECTIONZZ orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Please note that all deliveries require someone to be available to receive the package. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to avoid any issues. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an update with delivery details.

Delays from delivery partners are outside of our control, but if your order takes longer than expected, kindly reach out to us and we’ll assist you immediately.

Orders placed during busy periods (sales, restocks, or new arrivals) may take slightly longer to process.

 

 

Shipping Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.

Please note this is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on order volume or unforeseen delays.

For urgent orders, we recommend opting for in-store pickup instead of delivery.

We do not offer same-day delivery.

 

Order Changes & Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make changes to items, sizes, or delivery details.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

International Shipping

For international orders, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are beyond our control.

If a package is refused due to customs fees, any return costs incurred will be deducted accordingly.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been successfully delivered, MARIAM COLLECTIONZZ is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure your delivery location is secure or that someone is available to receive your order.
