RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it:


Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 working days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Undamaged

• With all original tags intact

We will not accept items that show signs of wear, perfume, stains, or any alterations.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent. We do not provide return labels.

To return an item:

 

• Visit any God Is Good Logistics (GIGL) office

• Ship your item to our return address

• Keep your shipment details for reference


Return Submission

After sending your item, kindly fill out our Return Form with your shipment details.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 24 hours (only if item is unavailable for exchange)

• Exchanges will be confirmed within 24 hours via email



Important Notes

Refunds are only issued if the item is no longer available.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Delayed delivery
